Commercial Driver License (CDL) Training

In partnership with Caldwell Community College (CCC&TI), Wilkes Community College offers comprehensive Class A CDL training designed to prepare students for high‑demand careers in the trucking and transportation industry. Our program provides hands‑on, real‑world instruction for operating tractor‑trailers and combination vehicles over 26,001 lbs.

This training is ideal for students seeking regional, over‑the‑road (OTR), or local driving positions with strong earning potential and long‑term career stability.
