WCC Campus Store

The WCC Campus Store is operated in collaboration with BibliU to provide:

  • Day-One Access to Digital Course Materials – With BibliU’s Equitable Access (EA), you get instant access to your required digital course materials (eBooks, embedded codes, etc.) directly through Moodle from day one of class. (If your professors require print materials, you’ll be able to purchase them separately on the Campus Store website or source them on your own.)
  • Affordable Prices – EA slashes textbook costs up to 50%, so you get your materials at a lower price than traditional options. The EA cost of $85 per digital item, per course will be added directly to your bill each semester.
  • Opt-Out Flexibility & Print Materials – If you choose not to use EA, you can opt out each semester before the add/drop deadline. If you opt out, you won’t be charged for or have access to the EA digital materials. If you opt out, you will be able to source your course materials on your own.
  • Comprehensive Reading Features – Your EA course materials include a global and content-specific search, text-to-speech audio playback, speed reader, automated referencing, and more to support your academic success!
  • 24/7 Support – If you have any questions about your EA course materials, BibliU’s dedicated 24/7 customer support team is available anytime to assist you.
  • Streamlined Campus Store – Along with EA, BibliU provides expanded product options to the Campus Store, including more school-branded merchandise, supplies, and electronics.

BibliU FAQ

With BibliU’s Equitable Access (EA), you get instant access to your required digital course materials (eBooks, embedded codes, etc.) directly through your school’s LMS from day one of class. This digital approach eliminates the need to search for and purchase course materials individually, providing a seamless and cost-effective solution to ensure you are well-equipped for academic success from the outset.

Every semester, all registered students are automatically enrolled in the EA program. The best way to check whether your course is included is by visiting the Campus Store website. Under the Course Materials > Order Textbooks section, EA participation will be clearly marked by class.

Your school sets a flat rate per required digital item, per course. With that, you get instant access to all required digital textbooks and course materials through your LMS. Materials include fully accessible eBooks with built-in tools like text-to-speech, search, highlight, note-taking, and citation export—features that support all learners, including those with accommodations.

If applicable, courseware and embedded codes are also included, with access to platforms such as Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Cengage, or Wiley. Materials are automatically delivered before the first day of class and returned at the end of the semester—no extra steps required. Most digital materials cost about half as much as printed textbooks, offering significant savings.

Yes. If your course participates in Equitable Access, you’ll automatically receive access to the required materials. You do have the option to opt out by the add/drop deadline. If you opt out, you’ll be responsible for sourcing all required materials independently through the campus store website or another retailer. Opting out applies to all of your enrolled courses.

Some Equitable Access courses may require a printed workbook or lab manual that must be purchased separately. For digital materials included in the program, no purchase is necessary—access is automatically provided.

No. A charge for Equitable Access materials will be added to your student account when you enroll in a course that participates in the program. You have the option to opt out of Equitable Access if you prefer to obtain your materials independently.

The charge is added to your student account and can be paid along with your other tuition and fees.

Equitable Access pricing is a flat rate per item, per course, preset by your institution to help lower your overall costs. Materials are generally more affordable than traditional print options, sometimes up to 70% less than retail prices.

Yes. You can opt out if you prefer not to use the digital materials. The opt-out deadline will be shared with you in a welcome email from BibliU and may also appear in your LMS. If you opt out by the deadline, your access will be removed, and the charge will be reversed.

You can opt out using the link provided in the BibliU welcome email, through a link in your LMS (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, etc), or by going directly to the BibliU app. Please find detailed information here.

Yes, you can opt back in any time before the deadline using the same methods: the opt-out link, the LMS, or by emailing support@bibliu.com.

Yes. All students enrolled in a participating course are automatically granted access and billed unless they opt out by the deadline—even if they don’t use the materials.

No. Refunds are only available if you opt out before the deadline. These policies are in place due to agreements with publishers and distribution partners.

If you drop the course before the opt-out deadline, you will not be billed by the school for EA items within that course. Drops after the deadline may still be subject to the charge.

BibliU provides 24/7 technical support. Contact them at support@bibliu.com for assistance.

Check with the campus store to see if a printed version of the textbook is available to purchase or rent. Be sure to opt out of the Equitable Access materials to avoid being charged for the digital version.

For general questions, contact your campus store. For technical support, email support@bibliu.com.

For the best experience, access your materials using Google Chrome or the BibliU app.

The BibliU app is free to download and allows you to read your course materials offline, which helps reduce the need for high-speed internet.

You can find download links for both mobile and desktop versions at bibliu.com.

If a course uses the Equitable Access program, a BibliU link will appear on the course page in your LMS. Once enrolled, your eBook will automatically show up in your BibliU bookshelf.

If your course uses coded courseware, click the BibliU link on your class page. You’ll see a book labeled “courseware” along with the title of the book or course information. If your course uses non-coded courseware, access it directly from the course page—your instructor must set it up for access.
