I was one of those people who didn’t quite know what I wanted to do for a career. What I found at Wilkes Community College was knowledgeable, friendly instructors who wanted me to succeed, and perhaps most importantly, to succeed and be happy!
Because of their relationships with local industry and their agreements with universities like A&T, I am employed with Purdue in a career that I love, poultry management. I earn a good living and have great benefits. The company is paying for my four-year degree that will lead to a pay raise. Attending and getting my degree from WCC was one of the smartest decisions that I have ever made!
