Allison Phillips, Executive Director of WCC Foundation, VP of Institutional Advancement

Allison Phillips, WCC VP of Institutional Advancement, Executive Director, WCC Foundation received the NC CORD Distinguished Service Award at the 2019 NC CORD annual conference held at Wrightsville Beach. Phillips has been a member of NC CORD since 2013 and has served in many roles, including president for two terms.

“Allison has been the heartbeat of NC CORD for the past several years. Without her leadership, the organization would not have been able to grow as prosper as it has. She is dedicated and hardworking ensuring that NC CORD is always at its best. She is simply amazing and has left her mark on all of us who get the opportunity to call her a friend,” states Emily Hare, NC CORD president, Foundation Executive Director, Central Carolina Community College.

The NC CORD Distinguished Service Award recognizes those who have served the organization and the cause of resource development in NC Community Colleges and is awarded only when a candidate of merit is nominated.

NC CORD is a statewide organization made up of North Carolina Community College Resource Development officers working together to enhance resource development efforts on all state community college campuses while providing professional development opportunities within the North Carolina Community College System.
