The Walker Center was honored to host The Texas Tenors, the most successful music group and third highest-selling artist in the history of “America’s Got Talent,” on Thursday, September 12. The Tenors received a standing ovation for their rendition of a song from the Broadway hit musical, “Les Miserables.” Their enthusiasm spilled over into the crowd as they came off stage during their performance of the Bruno Mars song ”Just the Way You Are” and the performance of their original single “Boot Daddy” had the audience on their feet, swaying back and forth.
The performance was sponsored by Skyline National Bank.
The next Walker Center Season show will be Jimmy Fortune, formerly with the Statler Brothers, and Craig Campbell on October 17. A limited number of tickets are available for this performance.
