Wilkesboro, N.C. – Wilkes Community College is proud to recognize the recent graduates of its Night Phlebotomy class, a vital program equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to enter the growing healthcare field.

“We are incredibly proud of our students and instructors,” said WCC President Mike Rodgers. “Their hard work and dedication reflect the mission of WCC to support our community by providing high-quality, career-focused education.”

The course was led by Carrie Hodges, class instructor, and Cindy Wagoner, CCEMT-P, CET, CPT, clinical instructor. Through hands-on instruction and clinical training, students gained practical experience in phlebotomy techniques and patient care.

Wilkes Community College congratulates the following graduates:
• Anahi Lopez, Jonesville, Wilkes County
• Kaleigh Handy, Elkin, Wilkes County

Wagoner added, “I’m so excited for these graduates. They’ve worked hard and are ready to succeed in the field.”
