What is Password Reset?
Password Reset allows users to manage the password for their WCC resources in one location.
All employees must enroll in Password Reset.
See Step 2 in the new employee instructions above.
How do I "Reset" my password?
Users must have previously enrolled in Password Reset.
From the Password Reset page, select the "Reset Password" link.
Enter User ID, then answer the security questions.
Users will be prompted to create a new secure password after they successfully answer the questions.
Use the new password to log into WebAdvisor and other WCC resources.
Click here to "Reset" your password.
What to do if unable to Reset Password
If you are unable to "Reset" your password, or enroll in the Password Reset service as instructed above, contact the Administrative Assistant for your division. Your Administrative Assistant can submit a WCC Help Desk ticket on your behalf.
