How do I.... Tips and instructions on installing and using the Wilkes Community College 'CougarCam'

* In our test results, best performance was achieved using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+.
* A broadband internet connection (Cable or DSL) is recommended but not necessary.

First time users will need to do some preliminary setup by following the steps below:

STEPS

1. Goto the Welcome Page.
2. Choose a viewer type (ActiveX or Java) .
3. Click Install to Install the Sony Viewer.

Once this is done you can access the viewer directly by following one of the links below:

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

To use the Remote Control feature.

• Users will be allowed 60 seconds of control time by clicking the Control Link at the top left of the screen.
  If another user has control of the camera, you will be placed in a que and the count down timer appears at the top left of the screen.
  This is the amount of time until you are given remote control.
